MRM Member Onboarding is a process designed to onboard new or existing members to a Credit Union (CU) and create new accounts under their name. This process involves the use of an Onboarding Wizard, which enables an agent to input various member details such as product information, personal information, and identification data. These details are then used by the system to create the member profile in the Core DNA system via API integration.
To ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process, bots are created to automate certain tasks in the background. These bots are responsible for fetching various reports that are required before the account creation takes place. Some of the reports include OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) checks, credit reports, and Qualifile reports. These reports provide important information and help ensure compliance with regulations and risk assessment.
The purpose of these bots is to streamline the onboarding process by automating the retrieval of these reports, reducing manual effort, and facilitating a hassle-free member onboarding experience. By automating these tasks, the onboarding process becomes faster and more efficient, enabling the credit union to provide a seamless experience to its members.
Overall, the MRM Member Onboarding process involves using an Onboarding Wizard to input member details, which are then used to create the member profile in the Core DNA system. Bots are utilized to fetch necessary reports before account creation, ensuring compliance and a smooth onboarding experience for both the credit union and its members.
